Israel's 70th Celebration & Memorial
Sat, Apr 14th 10:30am - 1:30pm

Israel's 70th Anniversary falls on the 4th of Iyyar on the Hebrew calendar. The day before, Iyyar 3rd is Israel "Memorial Day", also this Thursday, is Yom Hashoah (Holocaust Memorial). 70 is a Biblical Number and the 16th letter of the Hebrew Alphabet is the letter "Ayin", which has a numerical value of 70. The Ayin means "The Eye" or "To See". Jews who reject Yeshua call him "Yeshu", by removing the Ayin from the Messiah's name, thereby changing it to mean a negative word that translates "May His Name be Erased". However, with the advent of Israel's 70th Year, and the Biblical prophecy of Daniel's 70th Week; we know that the time is coming when the Ayin will be restored to His Name, and all Israel will have their "Eyes Opened" - may this be the year! Come and celebrate Israel's 70th Anniversary with us this Shabbat!
